Tyla Reeves is an Analyst based in our Cape Town office. She completed her Honours degree in Economics at the University of Cape Town, where her thesis examined the impact of migration on employment outcomes in South Africa. Tyla also holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce, majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. She has professional experience in environmental consultancy, which has informed her interest in the intersection of economic development and environmental sustainability. Her research and professional interests include regional economic integration, economic development, environmental economics, and gender empowerment in development.
