Corretta is an agricultural economist and experienced researcher with over eight years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including managing projects from design through to reporting. Corretta is currently working as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Consultant at Imani Development Malawi. Corretta utilizes her technical knowledge in MEL to conduct impact assessments, baseline, midterm and endline evaluations. She has a strong background in field research, specifically developing sampling protocols; supervising data collection; survey instrument design, review, and translation; CAPI computerized coding; database management; quantitative and qualitative data analysis; and reporting. Her work has included studies in agriculture, natural resource management, finance, WASH, nutrition, food security, youth, and gender.
